Fields BMW in Northfield is the most reputable, fairest and most professionally staffed BMW dealership in Illinois and likely the US! I speak from experience. I worked in Europe,owned & drove many European car brands and was a practicing automotive engineer. BMW has always been my preferred car. Living in Illinois since 2002, I ordered my first BMW at Fields in 2004, a new 2005 540i. I was so pleased with Fields' Sales Staff & their Service Dept support that I subsequently traded for a new 2006 535i from Fields, followed by a 2008 535Xi and then a 2011 535Xi. Fields consistently gave me trade-in deals no one else could match, and always with a smile and their same top level of Service & Perks! In 2013 I ordered a 2014 535Xi with an excellent deal from Salesman Greg Trabb and GM Dave McCulloch. Gregg's another of Fields' extremely technically knowledgeable Sales professionals, and Dave always helps close the deals. Fields "Perks" are amazing - very useful & convenient in many ways, but by far one of the most valuable assets Fields BMW offers its clients is their top notch Service Department's maintenance, repair & information services. This Dept, headed by highly experienced Service Director Brian Cullinan, has provided me competent assessments and resolution of various issues for the past 10 years I've been a Fields BMW customer. They have always been most cooperative and helpful in resolving problems, obtaining factory advice as necessary and in providing customer support always acting as the "Consumer's Advocate!" They've consistently done so in all my dealings with them. This is THE most honest dealership I've every dealt with - which is one of the most important reasons I've remained such a loyal Fields BMW customer! They really are The Best!
